Lotsa Noodles isn't my first choice generally if I'm in the area, but if I'm sick of burgers and fries then it's a good runner up. This place used to be called Nothing But Noodles, which I believe is a national chain. Then it was bought out by some local guys, underwent a name change and a slight menu change, and pretty much didn't miss a beat. They offer tofu as a protein option with every dish, which is awesome! And they have a wide variety of noodle-based menu options...even some rice based and some salads too! I always leave with a full, happy belly.

I have eaten at this place several times. Mostly on group-ons. I have had a wide verity of food and service at this place. I think the longer they have been open the worse both have became. My most recent trip might be my last. I think I have given this place enough tries. I so wanted to like this place to. Well I do like this place, but with so many places I would rather eat. I don't love this place. I think this place might be great for families since they have kids eat free on Monday or Tuesday nights. Can't remember which so give them a call and see. Overall the food is okay. Nothing has ever stood out as I have been there several time and don't think I have ever had anything twice. The service recently seems like they have places they would rather be and people they would rather be seeing than you. If I could give two point five stars I would. Do to this place gradually getting worse I will round down.

I was not overly impressed with this place. It was a bit pricier than it needed to be for what it is. I thought it would have more noodle dishes than it actually did. The service was fine and the place was clean and it is cool that they give a pretty big thing of cotton candy for kids' meals but as far as a lot of noodles and having great noodles, eh, I was not terribly impressed. It was probably worth trying once but I wouldn't have to do it again.

First time eating here today, and I don't think it'll be the last. The noodle dishes are around $8. Some, but not all, come with beef or chicken...some do not. I ordered spicy Mongolian beef. I really liked it, but I did add some sriracha. My daughter got lo mein & added chicken. She said the flavor was great. We also ordered breadsticks. They reminded me of the ones from Fazoli's, which I like. The only "off" thing for me was the dude who brought our food out. He just sat them down the on the table with a weird lil creepy smile, and didn't acknowledge our thanks. Just weird, in my opinion. Monday nights are free for kids from 3-close. I can't say that I'll go on Mondays, but if you've got young ones, you may be interested in this!

I like this place. I eat here a few times a year, when I'm in the area, which isn't too often. I usually order to go, so I can't speak to the service really. The to-go service is always quick. I usually order when I get there and have never had to wait long for my food even though it's made to order. I can't think of a time when I had a bad meal. I do think they are a little pricey for pasta, but it hasn't kept me away.

I think I am going to update my review to 3 stars. It is still a cool concept but it just isn't doing it for me anymore. The last several times I have gone the portions have been substantially smaller than when writing my previous review. Many moons ago, it seems, there would be enough food to bring home half for leftovers. My most recent meals have left me still hungry afterwards. I also feel like they are a bit particular with their prices. They seem to have an upcharge for everything. And again, the portion for the upcharged items is small and not really worth the price. For example, I recently ordered the Sicilian pasta to-go and added chicken for $3. The to-go size seemed even smaller than the dine-in size and the chicken wasn't very plentiful at all. Certainly not $3 worth. The restuarant is still clean. The staff is adequate and does their jobs, just not overly friendly. There just isn't enough positives anymore to make this place 4 stars. Bottomline: I agree with Rachel S- the food is good but don't go out of your way to go. It just isn't as great as it used to be.

Lotsa Noodles is about 9 miles from where I live and my general guideline for going somehwere is 6 miles or less, unless I'm already out and about of course. Some places that are farther out are places I'd drive to again to eat their delicious food. Lotsa is not one of those places. If you live near it? Sure, but I wouldn't recommend going out of the way to get it. Most of the noodles are about $8, which is fine with me. That's the usual for most places I've gone to. They ask you what kind of meat you want in it, but don't inform you that the addition of meat is an additional $2. Excuse me? In some noodle dishes... maybe. I ordered pad Thai, though and as far as I've ever experience it automaically comes with meat. Shrimp and sometimes pork is extra at most places but chicken and beef? Come on. The portion wasn't enough to justify it either. I've paid the same price or less for much more quantity. As far as taste? Pretty okay. I felt like it would have been more bland without the $2 chicken addition because most of the flavor seemed to be in the meat, but the noodles and such were pretty okay.

This place has a lot of noodles. Okay now that the obvious is out of the way I really wish I could give a half star on reviews because this would be a 2.5 star place, better than 2 due to the huge variety, but not quite a 3. The price leaves much to be desired in my opinion. The Blazin' Cajun, which I ordered, was 7.99 and would be perfectly acceptable if it wasn't for the fact that it comes with no meat, and if you want it to have meat, chicken in this case, that's an additional 2.49. That's 10.48 for what feels like not a lot of food. I called in my order of Blazin' Cajun and Pad Thai, for the lady I'm not that hungry, and the person taking my order asked if I had tried the dish before. I told her no I hadn't and she warned me about the heat of the dish and that they do not give refunds. I took this as a personal challenge and I sit here today to tell you that the warning is warranted! I'm a guy who can put away spicy food and normally will order the spiciest thing on the menu. That stuff was pretty spicy! If you're not someone who goes for the 4 and 5 star spicy rating at most restaurants I wouldn't suggest it. Overall the dish itself was okay, but didn't blow me away in anything but the heat. The noodles themselves were good and the chicken was normal, but the fact I had to pay extra for it makes me wish there could've been a little more though that may have thrown the ratio of noodles to meat off a bit. In closing I'd say if I was on that side of town and wanted to try noodles in a different way I'd stop in and have a bite, but it's not a place I would go out of my way to visit again in the future.

Never again. We went to this place this evening and what a disappointment. I ordered pad thai ( it could be described as "meh"), hubby's jambalaya had chicken that he described as tasting as if it were a day old. The worst part were the kids meals. To pay 3.99 or whatever it was for noodles with some shredded cheese thrown on top and barely warmed was the most dissappointing. All of the restaurants in the area were very full and this one was almost a ghost town, now we know why.

Lots of noodles, that is true. Prepared lots of different ways, representing cuisines from different parts of the world. The food was delivered promptly, and the setup is easy and smart. I imagine this is a good place for parents to bring their kids, especially picky eaters, since they make everything to order. But this kind of place just isn't my jam. It seemed a bit expensive for what it was, and a bit too greasy. I'm already committing to a carby calorie bomb, but I hadn't expected it to be greasy. I had the thai peanut noodles, but I'm not sure what would have been a better choice. I would come here again if someone I was meeting with suggested it, but I don't think I'd come back on my own.

Food was not horrible, but nothing you would just absolutely want to come back for. The first time I went I had the Pad Thai and there was so much cilantro (yes..in Pad Thai...) it about made me vomit. The second time I went I ordered the same with no cilantro and you could still taste it. If it were a little cheaper, I'd probably give it another chance with another dish. A very bland resturant.

Stopped in for lunch... Salad and pasta...under 10 bucks and both were excellent. Got Mediterranean salad and Mac n cheese. Quick service, clean! Will go back!

Terrible food. I dont often give really negative reviews, but there is honestly not one positive thing that I can say about Lotsa Noodles. Service was horrible. The women at the counter was rude and unfriendly and had the personality of a stick. That I could have dealt with, if the food had been good, sadly it was not. For $8 I got what they said was phad thai. It had a terrible, tangy flavor and was hardly even edible. I only ate about a quarter of it before I couldn't take any more. Oh, and if I had wanted to add chicken to the pad thai, that would have been an extra $3! The spring rolls were obviously the same frozen spring rolls that anyone can grab from the freezer section at your local grocery store. Tasteless and soggy inside. Yuck. My mom had a ceaser salad. One would think you couldn't mess up a salad, right? Wrong. The dressing was like no ceaser dressing we had ever tasted before. It was either spoiled or perhaps had had way too much of some sort of citrus added to it. Either way it was pretty gross. Worst of all was my boyfriend's spaghetti with meat sauce. I've had better from a can. Seriously. It was that bad. I can't believe this place actually remains open with such poor service and such horrible food. Needless to say we will never be going back again.

I like it alot!! Ate here the other night and was really good. I had the chicken pad thai which was great and my wife had the chicken pesto bowtie pasta which as she said was just awesome. Good customer service+ Good Food+Reasonable Price=Place I'll be back too soon! I was also able to watch the game I wanted to see on their t.v.

When you're in need of some great food that's different from the same ole, same ole, Lotsa Noodles is a good choice. IMO, it's a little pricey for what it is, but at times it's worth it. Great variety and excellent flavor. Most times, we call in our order and go pick it up, which is a nice convenience if you're not in the mood to eat 'out.' By the way, the management and staff have always been stellar.

What's Japanese about the Japanese noodles? What's Cajun about the Cajun noodles? This is a Noodles & Company wannabe without the quality to back it up. Noodles and veggies overcooked, mushy, and bland. Blah.

About two years back before I left the very flat lands of Oklahoma, I used to frequent this noodle/pasta joint called, "Nothing But Noodles." Upon returning to Oklahoma, I was dismayed that NBN has reduced its outlets from three to one and is now called by the uninspired name, "Lotsa Noodles." Horrible name aside, Lotsa Noodles still retain the same deliciousness as its previous namesake. For the spice junkie, may I suggest the Cajun, a fettuccini noodles, mixed with sauteed onions, red bell peppers, scallions and a mix of tomato sauce and cream sauce topped with comano-parmesan cheese? There are also other "genres" you can choose from like Asian and Italian. Really, people... you should eat at Lotsa Noodles because I don't wanna return in another two years and find the only outlet reduced to half of its size and with the name changed to, "Pasta Pasta Pasta."

Just moved to the area and ordered from here the other night. I got the heart-healthy chicken primavera -- loved it! Everything was perfectly cooked, and it easily made two meals for me. Sadly it didn't reheat very well, but if that's my only complaint, it's not a huge one. Would definitely go back and try something else.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
